Job summary

JLL is hiring an Associate Broker to join our Portland, OR on-site team. You will participate in a 13-week JLL University program and support senior brokers in developing new business, creating client materials, and negotiating deals.

The role emphasizes market analysis, financial modeling, and proactive outreach to clients. You will collaborate with owners and executives, develop presentations, and contribute to market research to win brokerage opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 13‑week training program for Associate Brokers
• Support senior brokers in initiating business development and outreach to new leads
• Prepare property summaries and create new business presentations
• Develop client materials such as lease comparisons and market overviews
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation
• Provide market insights and maintain client prospect information
• Contribute to local market research, decks, and pitches
• Review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models
