Central City Concern seeks a Senior Asset Manager to guide the financial and physical health of CCC’s real estate portfolio, serving people affected by homelessness. You will lead a team of Asset Managers, shape strategy, and advise senior leadership to ensure stable housing and lasting community impact.

You will develop year 15 buyout and refinance plans, oversee debt and investor accounts, and lead cross-team process improvements to strengthen portfolio performance while advancing CCC’s

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible asset management experience, with supervisory experience in housing preferred.
• Knowledge of asset management functions and federal, state and local guidelines for affordable housing.
• PM experience and/or certification preferred.
• Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, databases; Internet research); high proficiency with Excel required.
• Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sensitivity to homelessness and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds; passion for the mission.
• Background check restrictions on certain convictions; drug-free workplace policy applies.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, lift, and climb stairs with or without accommodation.
• Adherence to non-discrimination policies and respect for diverse backgrounds.

Mansioni

• Provide direct supervision of asset management staff to attain departmental goals.
• Lead cross-team project management for process improvement impacting portfolio operations.
• Develop and maintain year 15 buyout plans for the portfolio.
• Manage refinance processes, as applicable.
• Participate in enterprise-wide risk management and identify portfolio risks.
• Serve as primary contact on all third-party property management contracts.
• Review lease terms for financial impact to CCC.
• Monitor capital accounts of investors.
• Develop turnaround/repositioning plans for properties.
• Advise across departments during pre-development, development and lease-up while ensuring compliance.
