The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with construction budgets, and the ability to manage high volumes while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling to evaluate rehab and project costs.
• Ability to analyze budgets, pro formas, and timelines for properties.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate property evaluations to support loan origination and risk assessment.
• Analyze 5–8 deals and 10–20 construction draws weekly.
• Review documentation for accuracy and track project progress and funding timelines.
• Navigate permits, plans, and compliance requirements for projects.
