Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience estimating costs and budgets for real estate projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Experience with financial modeling and pro forma analysis.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate property evaluations to support loan origination and risk assessment.
• Analyze and write evaluations for up to 140 loans per month with 24-hour turnaround.
• Review real estate deals, construction draws, and budgets across projects.
• Assess cost allocations, permits, and compliance for renovations and new construction.
