Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Development Analyst to support multifamily real estate projects from opportunity through stabilization. You will perform financial analysis, structure financing, and coordinate due diligence with project partners.

You will gain exposure to LIHTC, debt and equity financing, entitlements, construction, and property operations while collaborating with a lean team to move complex deals forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytic field.
• Experience in real estate development or related finance fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel to develop and interpret models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source and underwrite development and acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyze returns.
• Coordinate due diligence and closing with lenders and partners.
• Assist with design, entitlements, and construction oversight.
• Support asset transition through lease-up and stabilization milestones.
