Zusammenfassung

Dominion Financial Services, a national private lender serving real estate investors, seeks a detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst. You will evaluate properties, budgets, and renovation scopes to support loan origination and risk assessment.

You will streamline underwriting, review documentation, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have construction or residential real estate experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret plans and cost

Qualifikationen

Strong Excel skills and ability to build and review complex models.
Excellent analytical capabilities for evaluating property data and budgets.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

Use House Canary, Richer Values, and data platforms to evaluate underwriting reports.
Write and edit property evaluations for up to 140 loans per month in 24 hours.
Analyze 5–8 real estate deals and 10–20 construction draws per week.
Evaluate construction draws, budgets, and scopes across multiple projects.
Review inspection reports, draw requests, and supporting docs for accuracy.
