Dominion Financial Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Draw Analyst to assess underwriting reports, budgets, and construction draws across single and multifamily projects. You will review inspections, prepare cost analyses, and ensure accuracy across multiple active portfolios.

You will work with data platforms like House Canary and Richer Values, leverage strong Excel skills, and manage high-volume projects while maintaining strict timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating single-family or multi-family construction projects.
• Ability to read building plans and construction documentation.
• Experience estimating materials and total project costs.
• Familiarity with building codes, permitting processes, and municipal requirements.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven analysis.
• Attention to detail and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate underwriting reports on recently sold properties in portfolio areas.
• Write and edit property evaluations for up to 140 loans per month within a 24-hour turnaround
• Analyze 5–8 real estate deals and 10–20 construction draws per week
• Evaluate construction draws, budgets, and scopes of work across multiple active projects
• Review inspection reports, draw requests, and supporting documentation for accuracy and consistency
• Track project progress, remaining reserves, and funding timelines
• Identify discrepancies between inspections, budgets, and borrower-submitted draw requests
• Reconcile property costs before and after rehabilitation
• Confirm budget accuracy across project types: new construction, cosmetic renovations, full gut rehabs, multifamily (5+ units)
• Validate renovation estimates for current projects and assess cost allocations across labor, materials, and trades
• Read and interpret building plans, scopes of work, and construction documentation
• Navigate building permits, assessor records, and local compliance requirements
• Apply knowledge of construction sequencing and timelines to assess project feasibility and risk
• Analyze borrower-provided pro formas for larger projects
• Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
