Expansive is seeking a Real Estate Analyst for our Madison, WI on-site team. This full-time role supports portfolio management through rigorous financial modeling, budgeting and market analysis, reviewing opportunities and reporting to leadership.

You will collaborate with on-site teams to monitor performance, analyze cash flows, and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leaders and investors. Strong analytical skills and real estate know-how are essential.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
Experience in due diligence, property research, document review, and risk assessment.
Solid finance knowledge including cash flow analysis.
Familiarity with investments and real estate appraisal, including valuation techniques and CMA.
Strong Excel skills; experience with real estate or financial analysis software is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; internships or 1–3 years preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
High attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects on-site.

Responsibilities
