The role requires strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into clear analyses. You'll build models, review leases, and contribute to client presentations across retail properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics or related field.
• Experience with Argus preferred; ability to learn and apply real estate financial modeling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage large sets of property and transaction data with high accuracy.
• Technologically proficient and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite retail investment properties.
• Prepare detailed offering memorandums and related materials.
• Research and compile sales and rent comparables.
• Build and maintain financial models using Excel and Argus.
• Abstract leases and review due diligence materials.
• Conduct market research to support pricing and investor targeting.
• Assist with Opinions of Value, Offering Memorandum, proposals, and client presentations.
• Maintain and update internal investment sales databases.
