The Real Estate Asset Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, WI or Chicago, IL. This role is responsible for managing the performance of a portfolio of flexible workspace properties, including monitoring occupancy, rental rates, operating expenses, and capital improvements all with the goal of improving NOI. The Real Estate Asset Manager will analyze property financials, prepare budgets and forecasts, and identify opportunities to enhance asset value and profitability. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with property operations teams, overseeing vendor relationships, and participating in third party landlord relationships. The role also involves preparing regular reports for leadership, conducting market and competitive analysis, and ensuring assets align with Expansive’s brand and customer experience standards.
