You will collaborate with on-site teams to monitor performance, analyze cash flows, and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leaders and investors. Strong analytical skills and real estate know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience in due diligence, property research, document review, and risk assessment.
• Solid finance knowledge including cash flow analysis.
• Familiarity with investments and real estate appraisal, including valuation techniques and CMA.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with real estate or financial analysis software is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; internships or 1–3 years preferred.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting property and market research, assisting with financial analytics, reporting, and working with on site teams to add value. The analyst will review opportunities, analyze cash flows and returns, and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership and third party owners. The role also involves monitoring property performance, tracking market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic workspace decisions.
