Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field; graduating 2026/2027.
- GPA 3.3 or higher.
- Internship or project experience in real estate valuation, finance, accounting, due diligence or related topics.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial modeling and analytical support across underwriting, portfolio management, loan/equity production, asset management, and services.
- Prepare internal presentations and memoranda for investment selection and approval.
- Complete special real estate portfolio projects including loans, equities, and fund investments.
- Some travel may be required.
