Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
GPA 3.3 or higher.
Experience in real estate valuation, finance, accounting or due diligence.
Real estate internship or project experience.
Interest in graduate studies (MBA/JD) and analytic-focused education.
Excel proficiency; Argus or similar modeling software a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide financial modeling and analytical support across underwriting, portfolio management, loan and equity production, asset management, and real estate services.
Prepare internal presentations and memoranda for investment selection and approval.
Complete special projects for the real estate portfolio including loans, equities, and funds.
Some travel will be required.
