Role Description

The Real Estate Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, WI. This position is responsible for supporting real estate portfolio management through rigorous financial modeling, budgeting and market analysis. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property and market research, assisting with financial analytics, reporting, and working with on site teams to add value. The analyst will review opportunities, analyze cash flows and returns, and prepare clear reports and presentations for senior leadership and third party owners. The role also involves monitoring property performance, tracking market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic workspace decisions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting market trends.
• Candidates should possess experience in due diligence, including property research, document review, and risk assessment for real estate transactions.
• Candidates should possess solid finance knowledge, including understanding of cash flow analysis
• Candidates should possess familiarity with investments and real estate appraisal, including valuation techniques and comparative market analysis.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with real estate or financial analysis software is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field; relevant internships or 1-3 years of experience in real estate or financial analysis preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an on-site team environment.
