Responsibilities

• Lead generate at least 10 hours weekly, set appointments, and convert
• Host three open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities and training
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching and partner calls

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our Agent Launch

  We have a 86‑day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average new agent closes (or has pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agents 9.3.

• Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted

  Who doesn’t love to look at houses all day? Be a student of the game while you master our proven buyer’s presentation and offer system.

• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria

  Excellent communication training ensures that when the agent gets their buyer’s offer accepted, we all win.

• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients

  In-person training teaches the ins and outs of real estate.

• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert

  This is the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We provide scripts and training so you know exactly what to say/do each day.

• Conduct three open houses monthly

  Host 3 open houses monthly and take a weekend off each month for work/life balance.

• Participate in team activities per team standards

  Show up 3 or more days each week to the office. Full‑time agents do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media.

• Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings and Partner Call

• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

  An amazing data entry system for tracking all your calls and appointments.

Qualifications

You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You excel at building rapport, listening to needs and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths; overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and eager to grow personally and professionally, giving back to your community and making an impact.

• Possess a current REAL ESTATE LICENSE
