• Track tasks using PLACE Technology.
• Host two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting into appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice with the team.
• Join team activities and support colleagues.
• Commit to weekly coaching and partner calls.
• Guide sellers through listing process and market homes.
• Share knowledge on pricing and staging.
