Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and participate in PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers and negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments and open houses.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology and participate in weekly coaching and trainings.
• Consult with sellers to list and market homes and demonstrate pricing and staging expertise.
