Role Description This full-time (or part-time) remote Real Estate Agent role focuses on guiding clients through the home buying and selling process while coordinating closely with Ruth Johaningsmeir. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting client consultations, preparing and presenting property listings, and arranging property showings and virtual tours. The Real Estate Agent negotiates purchase agreements, reviews contracts, and ensures all documents are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other industry partners, leveraging digital tools and CRM systems to manage pipelines and deliver timely updates.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License with solid knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including listing, marketing, and transaction coordination.
• Demonstrated Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Strong Customer Service capabilities, including client communication, follow-through, and relationship building.
• Familiarity with mortgage products and lending processes is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with remote work, including use of online listing platforms, Lofty, Sky Slope, CRM tools, and virtual meeting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and adapt to changing market conditions.
