Role Description

The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Philadelphia, PA, with a mix of in-office, field, and work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting client consultations, showing properties, and guiding buyers and sellers through the full transaction process. The agent will prepare and present listing proposals, conduct market analyses, coordinate property marketing, and negotiate offers and contracts. The role involves maintaining up-to-date listings, attending inspections and closings, and providing consistent, high-quality communication to clients and partners. The agent will collaborate with the team for training, strategy sessions, and use of Compass tools while managing their own book of business and schedule.

Qualifications

• Active or in-process Real Estate License, with knowledge of local Real Estate laws and regulations
• Strong Sales and Real Property skills, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and transaction workflows
