This is a full-time, on and off-site Real Estate Agent role based in South Central, PA. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through every stage of the buying, selling, and investing process, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, managing a pipeline of buyers and sellers, maintaining accurate property and client records, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, contractors, and other professionals as needed. The agent will analyze local market data, identify potential investment opportunities, and help clients evaluate properties using both financial and practical criteria. The role requires consistent in-person client interaction, attendance at team meetings, and participation in open houses, networking events, and other business development activities.
