Job summary

Revolve Philly Group, a Compass-backed real estate team in Philadelphia, seeks a full-time Real Estate Agent for a hybrid role combining in-office, field, and remote work. You will prospect, consult clients, show properties, and guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process.

Responsibilities include preparing listing proposals, market analyses, coordinating marketing, negotiating offers, maintaining listings, and collaborating with the team using Compass tools.

Qualifications

• Active or in-process Real Estate License, with knowledge of local Real Estate laws.
• Strong sales, pricing, negotiations, and transaction workflows.
• Customer service oriented with relationship-building.
• Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and online listing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with flexible schedule; collaborate in a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
• Prior real estate experience helpful but not required; sales or client-facing experience is a plus.
