Role Description

The Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brooklyn, NY. The Real Estate Agent will work directly with buyers, sellers, and renters, providing guidance through property searches, listing presentations, showings, and negotiations. Responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting market analyses, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role involves maintaining accurate transaction records, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and collaborating with a diverse team across multiple offices. The Real Estate Agent is expected to deliver high-quality customer service, build long-term client relationships, and represent Brooklyn Real Property’s values in the community.
