Family Realty in Louisville, KY is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to grow sales using our proprietary technology and serve as a trusted consultant to real estate professionals.

Lead generation (15 hours/week), two open houses monthly, and consult with buyers to secure signed agreements. You will negotiate offers, track tasks in Brivity, and convert prospects into appointments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
