Job summary

Place Network Agents is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent in Newark, DE to join a top-performing real estate team. You will leverage PLACE Launch and lead-generation systems to consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and convert prospects into appointments.

You will participate in weekly coaching, open houses, and ongoing training while earning commissions and access to health benefits, vesting, revenue-sharing, and investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional.
• Minimum 3 years' real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with time management.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, secure buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting into appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Participate in team activities and coaching.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, market home.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies and listing services.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$50,001 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
