Job summary

REAL Broker is seeking a driven Real Estate Agent in Fort Worth, Texas, to work with top North American real estate professionals. You’ll access proven models, systems, tools, coaching, training, and accountability to build a thriving career while serving clients with dedication.

Compensation is commission-based, ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 USD yearly, with opportunities including revenue sharing, health benefits, growth sharing, vesting, and investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generations systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
