Role Description

This is a part-time Real Estate Agent role based in Scottsdale, AZ with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office client-facing activities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will identify and cultivate leads, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily responsibilities include performing market research, preparing and reviewing contracts and other transaction documents, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role involves providing responsive customer service, negotiating offers, collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and other third parties, and ensuring compliance with state and local real estate regulations. The agent will also participate in marketing activities such as listing presentations, online property promotion, and community outreach.

Qualifications
