Estes Group Powered by Place is expanding its real estate team and seeks motivated sales professionals. You will leverage cutting-edge tools, mentorship, and proven strategies to advise buyers and sellers, convert leads to signed agreements, and grow your client base.

This commission-based role offers a clear path to high earnings with base pay from $40,000 to $78,000 USD yearly, plus revenue sharing, health benefits, profit sharing, and opportunities for vesting and investment.

• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties
• Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
• Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice according to team guidelines
• Take part in team activities as per team standards
• Dedicate to monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Calls
