Role Description

This is a contract, on‑site Real Estate Agent role based in Jenkintown, PA. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the full lifecycle of buying, selling, and leasing properties, including conducting property showings, listing presentations, and market analyses. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and reviewing contracts and disclosures, coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other partners, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. The role also involves maintaining accurate listing information in MLS systems, staying current with local market trends and regulations, and delivering professional, responsive client service aligned with Quinn & Wilson’s neighborhood‑focused values.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate principles, practices, and local market trends.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support clients throughout transactions.
