Job summary

Valor Realty in Metro Atlanta is seeking licensed real estate agents or pre-licensed candidates to join a growing brokerage. This commission-only, independent contractor role offers multiple ways to earn through real estate sales, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities with sister companies.

Two joining tracks are available: licensed agents and agent-in-training. You’ll meet buyers/sellers, show homes, negotiate offers, and manage transactions from contract to close in a supportive broker

Qualifications

• Licensing required in GA/FL/PA/NJ or in approved GA pre-licensing program.
• Commission-only, independent contractor role with no base salary.
• Ability to build a network and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with buyers and sellers, show homes, and write offers.
• Negotiate offers and manage each transaction from contract to close.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and inspectors.
• Refer clients to Valor's sister companies when appropriate.

ELIGIBILITY: You must hold an active Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey real estate license, OR be enrolled in a GREC-approved Georgia pre-licensing course and within 90 days of your state exam. This is a commission-only, independent contractor position. No salary or hourly pay.
