Building Dreams Group is seeking motivated real estate agents to join a PLACE-powered team. You’ll receive structure, coaching, training and accountability to turn leads into production and build a scalable business.

We provide lead generation systems, scripts, weekly 1:1 coaching, and technology that streamlines follow-up and client management. This commission-based role offers growth, revenue sharing and career advancement within a supportive team.

• A repeatable process for winning listings, including pricing strategy, staging, marketing, and seller consultations
• Regular opportunities to build your pipeline through open houses and prospecting
• Weekly 1:1 coaching focused on your goals, skills, activities, and results

Compensation

$74,500 - $115,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
