Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist — Richmond & Hampton Roads, VA

$140,000–$180,000 total earning potential (base salary + commission)

What you'll do:

• Run in-home and virtual appointments with motivated sellers
• Negotiate directly and write offers that get accepted
• Analyze property values to make fast, confident offers
• Close 2–3 deals per month

What you'll earn:

• Base salary plus 10% commission on every acquisition (average deal ~$28,500 = ~$4,275 per deal to you)
• Additional commission opportunity on dispositions
• Realistic $140,000–$180,000/year at 2–3 closed deals per month — no ceiling from there
