Sell Easy USA is seeking a Remote Acquisitions Manager to handle lead management and sales conversion. This full-time, commission-only role offers significant earning potential based on performance. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, managing leads, and providing exceptional customer service to guide homeowners through contracts. We’re hiring a world-class Remote Acquisitions Manager. This is for someone who’s in the top 1% of sales professionals—driven, coachable, persuasive, and relentless. You’ll start as a rep, working 100% commission for the first 6 months. After proving yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a leadership role and help build and scale your own remote acquisitions team. This is a full-time, commission-only role with upside earning potential. You’ll receive leads, scripts, and daily support—but your income is determined by your skill and work ethic. Top reps earn $200,000+. Responsibilities: • Handle 15–25 warm, inbound leads weekly from our CRM and turn them into signed contracts. • Make 40–50 outbound dials per day to follow up with leads and book virtual appointments. • Run 3–5 Zoom or phone appointments daily with homeowners. • Understand each seller’s unique situation and guide them through a simple, stress-free sale. • Build rapport quickly, ask great questions, and negotiate strong deals. • Log notes, set follow-ups, and manage leads efficiently in Salesforce. • Attend daily team huddles, weekly training, and regular sales coaching sessions. Qualifications: • 2+ years of high-level sales experience (phone or Zoom-based preferred). • Track record of closing deals in a performance-based environment. • Excellent communicator, clear, persuasive, and empathetic. • Tech-savvy: able to navigate CRMs, dialers, and remote work tools. • Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to win. • Comfortable working from home with minimal supervision. • Real Estate knowledge is a plus (license not required). • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000

Compensation:
$80,000-$110,000 per year
