As a Land Acquisition Specialist, you'll connect with landowners, negotiate property purchases, and grow our acquisitions pipeline through provided leads. Cold calling is required but will be from a highly targeted and pre-vetted list. You will be key to our mission of excellence in rural recreational land development.

This fully remote role involves managing your own pipeline, uncovering landowners' true motivations, and converting opportunities into closed deals. Your daily tasks include building relationships, making calls to landowners and real estate owners, negotiating purchases, and setting up subdivision opportunities. The goal is to create lasting value through property transformation while enjoying unlimited earning potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain landowner relationships
• Manage inbound leads from initial contact to closing
• Cold call pre-vetted, highly profitable lists
• Negotiate property purchases
• Uncover selling motivations and overcome objections
• Follow up consistently on opportunities
• Set up subdivision and development projects
• Document all interactions in our system, Follow Up Boss

RESULTS:

• Consistent deal flow from provided leads
• High conversion rate on qualified opportunities
• Thorough documentation of all prospect interactions
• Regular deal closures and profit generation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven success in sales, preferably in real estate or land acquisition
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong remote work capabilities
• Passion for land development

LOCATION: Fully Remote

• Base draw after 2 months in the role
• Average monthly profit under contract: $75,000-$300,000
