Kingdom Homes is a multiple seven-figure nationwide real estate wholesaling & flipping business operating in 15+ markets across the U.S. We specialize in sourcing off-market discounted properties and connecting them with local investors. We also occasionally renovate and sell properties ourselves.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. You will manage the entire acquisitions process for your assigned properties, from initial contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Seller Contact: Engage with property sellers, build rapport, and gather property information.
  • Property Analysis: Underwrite properties using comparables to determine market value, ARV (After Repair Value), and profitability.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate purchase terms with sellers, handle objections, and secure deals.
  • Coordination: Manage property access for tours, coordinate with agents and team members, and stay organized.
  • Price Negotiation: Renegotiate pricing with sellers when necessary, maintaining professionalism and rapport.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with sellers, provide updates, and coordinate internally.
  • Use CRM and Tools: Utilize Monday.com to track leads and deals, ensuring accurate data entry.

Requirements:

  • Top 1% in Follow-Up: Persistent in following up with sellers, managing multiple deals without missing details.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous record-keeping and organization.
  • Hustler Mentality: Grit, drive, and willingness to work beyond standard hours.
  • Negotiation Skills: Build trust, handle objections, and close deals confidently.
  • Results-Driven: Focus on hitting sales targets and maximizing profitability.
  • Problem Solver: Overcome challenges and keep deals moving forward.
