Job summary

The role sits in the deal team and focuses on underwriting-driven analysis and market diligence to inform investment decisions.

You will work with internal partners and external counterparties across the deal lifecycle, from initial sourcing through closing, including due diligence coordination and investment

Qualifications

• Underwriting and financial walkthroughs of deals.
• Solid market research and data-driven analysis.
• Strong modeling skills for cash flows and sensitivities.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing of acquisition opportunities through broker relationships, market outreach, and pipeline tracking.
• Build and maintain underwriting models to evaluate cash flows, returns, sensitivities, and investment risks.
• Compile market, submarket, and comparable sale/lease research to inform pricing and investment theses.
• Prepare investment committee materials, including summaries of business plans, key risks, and recommendation rationale.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams, including review of leases, property-level financials, and third-party reports.
• Assist with transaction execution from LOI through closing, including coordination with legal, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor active deals and update internal reporting on status, underwriting changes, and key deadlines.
