Job summary

Blackstone Real Estate seeks a Senior Associate to support day-to-day oversight of a diversified Northeast-focused portfolio. The role centers on financial analysis, performance monitoring, and collaboration across an integrated platform and external capital partners to execute business plans at the asset level.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an analyst in investment banking or real estate investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, or related field.
• Understanding of real estate finance, financing principles, and capital structures.
• Argus and Kardin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset operating performance and capital improvement progress relative to the business plan.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual lender and investor reporting packages.
• Build and maintain asset-level financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) including scenarios.
• Review leases, loan documents, and partnership agreements to inform decisions.
• Support budgeting, reforecasts, variance analysis, and annual business plan preparation.
• Develop presentations for senior management and investors.
