Job summary

Blackstone Real Estate is seeking an Acquisitions Associate in New York to drive analytical and execution work across the acquisition lifecycle. You will underwrite prospective acquisitions, model cash flows, review rent rolls and operating statements, and coordinate third-party diligence to inform investment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting acquisitions, including cash flow modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Coordinate third-party diligence (appraisal, engineering, environmental, title/survey) and synthesize findings into underwriting.
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials summarizing deal rationale, risks, and return drivers.

Responsibilities

• Support deal sourcing by tracking market activity and new opportunities.
• Underwrite acquisitions including cash flow modeling and rent roll/operating statement review.
• Coordinate third-party diligence and synthesize findings into underwriting and recommendations.
• Assist with term sheet/LOI support and transaction execution through purchase agreement and closing.
• Monitor pipeline status and maintain internal reporting on active deals and milestones.
