Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Performance Improvement Manager for Ready-Mix to drive improvement initiatives across North America. The role emphasizes translating field and QC data into actionable plans and leading root-cause analysis to improve mix design, batching, and materials performance.

The candidate should have a strong engineering background with 5+ years in Ready-Mix or concrete materials, plus the ability to collaborate across quality, operations, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Equivalent Ready-Mix technical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ready-Mix improvement initiatives across NAM.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in mix performance and cost-to-produce.
• Translate data and QC results into improvement plans.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and root causes.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop NAM Ready-Mix materials strategy.
• Partner with regional teams to implement actions.
• Strengthen Performance Management Program with KPIs.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to NAM leadership.
