Job summary

Cemex USA in Tampa, FL, invites current college students to join the Ready-Mix Internship Development Program. This 10-week on-site internship, starting in May, offers hands-on exposure to cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality, equipment maintenance, data management, and production processes.

You'll gain project-based experience, develop technical and soft skills, present outcomes to leadership, and build a professional network while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Mgmt, or related field with junior year status.
• GPA 2.5+; preference for 3.0+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience from internships, co-op programs, or university projects is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site for 40 hours/week.
