Job summary

Cemex US offers a 10-week Ready-Mix Internship Development Program starting in May, designed to give hands-on experience across Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management. Interns will work in a safety-focused, collaborative environment and present outcomes to leadership.

You will gain exposure to real-world projects, mentorship opportunities, and the chance to contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with junior standing in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business Admin/Management, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5 or above; preference for 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly.
• Experience from internships, co-op, or university projects is a plus.
• Able to work both independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety-first culture and promote safe working environments.
• Engage in project-based experiences across Ready-Mix operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on assignments and learning.
• Present project outcomes to leadership and refine communication skills.
