Job summary

Cemex USA in Orlando invites rising college students to join the Ready-Mix Internship Development Program. This 10-week, May-start internship offers hands-on experience across cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and data management within our Ready-Mix division.

You will work full-time on-site, engage in safety initiatives, contribute to real projects, develop technical and presentation skills, and network with leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related field with junior standing.
• GPA 2.5+ preferred; 3.0+ favored.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week) and engage in field and office settings.

• Contribute to hands-on projects across Ready-Mix operations.
