Job summary

Cemex USA is offering a 10-week Ready‑Mix Internship Development Program for current college students, starting in May. You will gain hands-on experience across Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality, Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.

The program emphasizes safety, leadership, and professional development, with opportunities to present outcomes to leadership and network across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CIM, Construction Science/Management, Business, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related field with junior year standing.
• GPA 2.5+ with preference for 3.0+.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities; able to present ideas clearly.
• Experience from internships, co-op programs, or university projects is a plus.

Responsibilities
