Job summary

Cemex USA invites students to join the Ready-Mix Internship Development Program in Orlando. This 10-week, full-time, on-site internship offers hands-on exposure across Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management.

You will work with seasoned professionals on real projects, develop technical and communication skills, and build a professional network within a global building materials leader.

Qualifications

• Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with junior year standing.
• GPA of 2.5 or above (preference for 3.0+).
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience from internships, co-ops, or university projects.

Responsibilities

• Safety is a core focus and interns promote a safe work environment.
• Engage in challenging, project-based experiences in Ready‑Mix operations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work and learning.
