• Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns in the Greater Seattle Area.
• Commitment to safety practices and reliability in attendance and performance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework in logistics/construction is beneficial.
• Prior experience in ready-mix or heavy civil construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ready-mix concrete deliveries to meet project timelines and client requirements.
• Receive and process orders, assign trucks and drivers, adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, plant personnel, and project managers.
• Monitor delivery status and update dispatch systems; resolve logistical issues.
• Document information for reporting and billing; ensure accuracy and safety standards.
