Job summary

Croell, Inc. is seeking a ready mix plant dispatcher to join our team. You will take customer orders, determine yardage, and coordinate concrete deliveries for projects from roads to buildings.

You will check concrete quality, maintain courteous customer relations, and work with a team that feels like family. The role is full-time with overtime. Experience is preferred (1 year) but training is provided; a Class A/B CDL and DOT medical card may be required for some duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred; training provided.
• CDL required for some duties; DOT medical card required.
• Must possess strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete using manual and computerized systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly run schedules for efficiency.
• Schedule trucks to meet orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Take customer orders and determine yardage.
• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers and ensure quality checks.
