Pennsy Supply, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Ready-Mix Concrete dispatch team in central PA. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and scheduling with a focus on service quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include entering orders, coordinating with dispatch, and providing timely, helpful responses to customer needs. The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent phone skills and clear communication.
• Detail oriented and thorough in all duties.
• Good listener and able to build rapport with customers.
• Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders in a detailed, prompt, professional manner and enter them into the delivery system.
• Promote value-added products and negotiate delivery times with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting business relationships.
• Answer phones politely and promptly to avoid missed calls.
• Coordinate delivery schedule with dispatchers and provide accurate turn-by-turn directions.
• Upsell products and services and provide leads to the sales team.
• Back up dispatching trucks when needed and support driver onboarding and dispatch reports.
