Job summary

Pennsy Supply, a CRH company, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative for its central PA ready-mix concrete dispatch team. You will take orders, answer questions, and coordinate delivery, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will negotiate delivery times, promote value-added products, and support dispatch operations. A fast-paced environment requires multitasking and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent phone skills and strong computer/keyboarding abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong listening and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders accurately and promptly in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for product questions, orders, tracking, and issues.
• Negotiate delivery times and provide value-added products to customers.
• Enter orders into the delivery system and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedules.
• Assist with driver onboarding and dispatch reporting as needed.
