Pennsy Supply Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Ready-Mix Concrete dispatch team in Harrisburg. You will take customer orders, enter them into our system, coordinate deliveries, and promote value-added products while fostering strong customer relationships.

The role requires a detail-oriented communicator with strong phone and computer skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety.

• Provide leads to sales and support driver onboarding as needed.
• Proactively follow up with customers to finalize schedules and address issues.
