Silvi Materials is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher in PA to support contractors and manage ready-mix dispatch. You will process orders, coordinate deliveries, and serve as a key liaison among drivers, plants, sales, and customers.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and order systems is expected; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Public benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, dispatch support, or related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in construction materials, trucking, logistics, ready mix, aggregate, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and confirm customer concrete orders with accurate mix type, quantity, and delivery details.
• Schedule and dispatch ready-mix trucks to job sites based on priority and timing.
• Serve as primary contact for contractors, project managers, and internal teams; provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor truck locations and delivery progress to adjust schedules in real time.
• Troubleshoot delivery challenges such as delays, traffic, or equipment issues.
• Communicate with batch plant operators to ensure timely loading and accurate mix production.
• Generate delivery tickets and maintain records for billing and compliance.
• Ensure dispatch activities follow DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Use dispatch software to track orders, truck status, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with drivers, plant managers, sales, and quality control.
• Maintain daily reports and delivery logs.
