Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd. is seeking a Waking night children’s Support Worker for Lucerne House in Barton Seagrave. The role involves building trusting relationships with children and supporting their daily routines, education and wellbeing in a nurturing home environment.

You will work as part of a close-knit team, showing resilience and strong communication while supporting young people through challenges and celebrating their achievements.

Position: Waking night children’s Support Worker

Location: Kettering (NN15 postcode)

Hours: 36.75 hours per week

Pay: £13.45 unqualified or £13.70 qualified

About The Service

Lucerne House is a 6-bedroom residential home based in a quiet residential area of Barton Seagrave, supporting young people aged 5-17. We pride ourselves on creating a home from home environment to allow our young people to flourish and thrive.
